Mechanical

Vessel powered by an inboard Yanmar 4JH3E, 53hp diesel engine. Saildrive propulsion driving a 3-bladed Gori folding propeller. Saildrive was removed in 2024, stripped down, serviced and seals replaced. Hydroaxe saildrive rope cutter installed. New anodes. 
Engine start panel mounted in cockpit in recess for protection. Engine has completed 2376 serviced hours with most recent in April 2025.
Engine situated beneath the companionway steps. These remove along with two further sections in the two aft cabins allowing all round access for servicing and daily checks.

Electrical

Bank of 3x12V batteries providing power to the engine, winches and the onboard systems. Digital monitor at chart table showing input and output and current charge rates. Shore power system with cable. All cabins and saloon fitted with 3-pin sockets and USB ports.

Masthead sloop sail plan with keel stepped 3-spreader mast by Sparcraft. Silver anodised aluminium boom with outhaul, 2-reefing points and Brand-New rod kicker. Mast was unstepped, stripped down and every part inspected/replaced in 2025. New spreaders tips installed in 2025. 
Stainless steel Dyform standing rigging and stainless steel Rod forestay installed 2025. All halyards replaced with Dyneema. New genoa sheets. 
NAVTEC hydraulic adjuster fully serviced in 2025.  Spinnaker rigging including mast track and upgraded carbon fibre pole. Reckmann furling headsail system with stainless steel drum. 4300mm Genoa tracks mounted port and starboard with ball bearing cars. Baby stay track with cars and tensioner adjuster. Mainsheet track mounted in cockpit forward of wheel.
Fully serviced Andersen self tailing and 2-speed winches for spinnaker sheets, main halyard and genoa sheets. Genoa sheet winches are electric. Lazy jack lines. New stack pack with mast boot. 
Comprehensive sail wardrobe including a Brand NEW IMPACT MARINE mainsail and roller furling genoa. These were purchased and installed in 2024 and have been barely used. There are 2 Spinnakers of varying weight, a Very Good 150% spare genoa and 2 off No3 Jibs.

Accommodation

Below decks is well appointed with three sleeping cabins and a convertible saloon. The interior is bright and
welcoming with a combination of solid teak pieces and teak veneered marine ply. Easy clean GRP inner hull and
roof liner with built in spotlights. The interior of the boat has been stripped out and every cabin, cupboard has been steam cleaned and all bilge areas coated with Danboline. All the upholstery in the sleeping cabins has been fully replaced with new matresses and marine grade fabric coverings. The upholstery in saloon was all replaced in 2015 but has been profeesionally cleaned in 2023. 
The teak and holly flooring has been removed and relaminated throughout in 2024.
Diesel fired heating in each cabin and saloon. Diesel unit was fully serviced and new exhaust fitted. Layout as follows.

Construction

GRP sandwich constructed yacht using varying densities of divynicell core material. Solid laminate around keel pan. Hot galvanised steel floor girder absorbing load from keel and mast. Topsides finished in navy blue gelcoat which were polished late 2024. Marine ply internal bulkheads bonded to hull and deck. Deep draft cast keel with lead bulb. Reinforced hand laminated spade rudder with tapered aluminium stock. Vessel has been ashore annually for antifoul and anode change. In 2024, all the antifoul build up was removed back down to the gel. This was then primed with Interprotect and coated in International Ultra 300 hard racing. A fresh coat was applied in 2025. All the seacocks have been serviced and where there was doubt, they have been replaced with modern nylon ones. 
Sandwich constructed deck finished in teak planking laid and bonded over the grp. The decks are in good order and have been cleaned back to the original healthy silver grey and some of the strips replaced where necessary and new caulking applied.
Deep self-bailing cockpit with teak laid sole and locker tops. Cockpit lockers fitted with gas struts for safety. All lockers have been cleaned and coated in Danboline.
Steering binnacle with large diameter stainless steel wheel. The Whitlock steering system has been overhauled and any worn parts replaced. The wheel has been recovered in leather for comfort and has a brand-new wheel cover to keep it fresh. Stainless steel stern rails. Access to bathing platform. 
NEW stainless-steel stanchions joined by NEW double set of guard wires. Side access gates for ease of access. Anchor locker in bow with horizontal mounted Lofrans electric windlass. New stainless steel bow fitting, anchor, anchor chain and anchor retainer.
