Summary
Beautiful example of the highly desirable Hunter Channel 323. These boats have a bit of a cult following due to the easy handling qualities and the quality of the fit out below decks. This is a bilge keeled version which gives you freedom to explore the more remote and shallower locations of our beautiful island. This was the London Boat Show boat so not home completed. She has been well maintained by her current owners who have had her since 2005. Big appeals on this particular model is the copper coated hull, larger 21hp Nanni providing hot water and the remote controlled bow thruster. She is very clean and tidy down below with berth for 7 over two cabins and saloon. Recently serviced and recently ashore for a fresh application of copper coat.

Accommodation
Below decks is warm and welcoming thanks to the perfect blend of interior woodwork and neutral upholstery. The main cabin is accessed from the saloon via a teak ladder with teak steps. You are immediately impressed by the headroom and the functionality of the layout. To port is a chart table/navigation area with seat, chart storage, navigation instruments and 12V panel.
To starboard is the L-Shaped galley with the Hunter Boats signature curved worktops, stainless steel sinks and plentiful deep cupboard storage. There is a gas fuelled, Plastimo Neptune 2000 oven with 2-burner hob and separate grill. 12V fridge.
The main saloon features two deep, well upholstered settees either side of a drop leaved table. The back rests are hinged and can be raised which makes the resultant berth space larger and the back rest can be secured in place to make an additional bunk. Both settee berths are fitted with lee cloths for inclement weather sailing.
In the bow is the fore cabin with V-Berth which can made into a double by adding an infill. There is an opening deck hatch for additional light and ventilation and 12V lighting throughout.
Returning to the saloon and moving aft of the galley is the rear cabin again with a large double berth, hanging and shelved storage and a very useful opening side hatch into the cockpit. This allows excellent air flow. Again, 12V lighting as standard along with 3-pin sockets.
Aft of the chart table is the spacious heads with Jabsco sea toilet with twist’n’lock flush handle, moulded sink unit with storage below and a hot and cold shower with sump pump out. Wet locker stowage.
