Accommodation

Beautifully appointed accommodation with functional luxury in both outside and inside spaces. Starting with the rear cockpit there is a large U-shaped seating area on the portside with a central octagonal wooden table with removable leg. This area converts to a large sunpad. Opposite on the starboard side is a moulded unit with corian top incorporating a sink unit with hot and cold pressurised water and a top loading refrigerator to keep the drinks cold and prevent unnecessary trips into the main saloon fridge. Step up to upper cockpit with L-shaped seating are to port with padded backrest on forward bulkhead and helm seat to starboard with bolster function. The seating in the cockpit is white soft vinyl with 'Sessa' decorative stitched logos. This is all in excellent condition. Teak laid panels in both upper and lower cockpit soles and on steps to fore and side decks. Lockable sliding door gives access to the main cabin. Three steps down and you are in the main saloon. The upholstery is all brand new and was introduced in 2023. Both the mattresses in the fore and aft cabins are brand new and made to measure. The woodwork is matt finished teak veneers and in excellent condition. The flooring is fully carpeted for comfort. There is Eberspacher heating outlets in all cabins, heads compartment and saloon. This has a programmable control unit. To starboard is the aft facing L-shaped galley. Smart grey work surfaces and hi gloss cream hull mounted storage units. Stainless steel oval sink with hot & cold mixer tap. 2-burner gas hob with cover for when not in use. 240V microwave/combi oven. Large front loading fridge for perishables. 3-pin sockets. Forward of galley and continuing on the starboard side is the curved seating area with oval wooden veneered dining table. This is on an adjustable height strut and with the addition of an infill cushion will create an additional double berth if required. Hull mounted storage cupboards and mounted TV for relaxing. In the bow is the offset double berth. This light and airy cabin has opening ports and a deck hatch for ventilation, 12V reading lights, a hanging wardrobe and both curtains and blinds. Returning to the saloon and on the port side is the heads compartment with entry from the saloon and from the aft cabin. Corian topped sink unit with hot and cold pressurised water. Shower stall with curtain. Ceramic heads with electric flush. Mirrored vanity units increase sense of space and increase natural light. Aft cabin featuring double berth with upholstered headboard. Opening portlights on both port and starboard sides. Dressing seating area and full height wardrobe. 12V deck head and reading lights. Dressing table with mirror.
