Summary
Morgan Giles 30 from 1989 in exceptional condition having had a full refit in 2011 including complete new interior, new mast and rigging, fully refurbished Beta 10hp inboard, new exterior hull paint and much more.
The Morgan Giles 30 was one of the final designs from the Morgan Giles yard in Teignmouth (designed by Kenneth Collyer), introduced in 1964 and built in fibreglass through to 1996.
The boat earned a reputation for being a graceful, sea-kindly cruiser—sturdy and comfortable for offshore use
MAINTENANCE
The boat was lifted, inspected, polished and antifouled in September 2024.
The boat was lifted, inspected and underwater washed in May 2025.
All exterior woodwork has been varnished with 2pack marine varnish in July 2025.
The engine has been serviced and fuel return lines replaced in August 2025.
All batteries were replaced with new in 2024.
The main and Genoa were new in 2023.
