Summary

'Phoenix'. a Sadler Phoenix 27 designed by David Sadler from the mould of the Sadler Frigate 27 but with 7 inch deeper topsides giving more headroom . The hull was built in 1988 by Island Plastics and then dry stored until the boat was completed by a boat builder and launched in 1998. The engine was fitted in 1998 and the boat was not used until then.  She is well equipped for cruising with autohelm and DSC VHF radio. All her lines lead to the cockpit for ease of single or short-handed sailing. All In all, she is a well-equipped cruiser which is capable of long distance cruising. Lying Conwy Marina, North Wales

4 Berths in 2 cabins

Below there is 6ft 1ins of headroom and easy movement throughout the boat. The upholstery is very recent and in good condition. There is a pilot berth to port which is wide and comfortable. An infill to the saloon seating to starboard creates another wide single berth. A double is in the forecabin. There is hanging storage adjacent to the forecabin and opposite is the heads compartment with Blakes Lavac sea toilet.

Headlining and wood cabinets are all in good order.

The galley has a twin stainless steel sink with single manual tap.  There is a Vanessa cooker with two burners, oven and grill. A cool box is on the starboard side of the companionway.
