Mariella is an exceptionally well-presented 2005 Beneteau Cyclades 39.3, now available for viewing at Conwy Marina. The Beneteau Cyclades 39.3 offers a bright, spacious and highly practical interior, finished with attractive parquet-style cabin sole flooring and complemented by warm timber joinery throughout. Excellent natural light and ventilation are provided by numerous opening hatches and ports, while LED overhead and reading lights create a welcoming atmosphere for evenings aboard.

Designed with comfortable cruising in mind, Mariella features the sought-after three-cabin, one-head layout, providing generous accommodation for family and friends.

The forward owner's cabin offers a comfortable double berth, ample hanging locker and shelf storage, together with an opening deck hatch and coachroof ports for excellent light and airflow. Complete with Shipshape V berth mattress and fitted bedding (2024)

The saloon is spacious and inviting, featuring a large U-shaped settee to starboard with a sliding bench seat surrounding a substantial dining table, creating an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing below deck. Additional lockers and shelving provide excellent onboard storage.

To port, the linear galley is well equipped for extended cruising, offering generous worktop space, twin stainless-steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water, a two-burner gas cooker with oven, a large 170-litre refrigerated coolbox, microwave, extensive storage for provisions, crockery and utensils, and excellent ventilation from opening coachroof ports.

Aft, two generous double cabins provide comfortable accommodation for guests, each benefiting from opening deck hatches, cockpit ports, hanging lockers and useful shelving, creating light and airy sleeping spaces.

The heads compartment, located aft to port, is generously proportioned and includes a marine WC, wash basin and separate shower with hot and cold water, together with an opening port for ventilation.

Construction

Built by Groupe Beneteau in France in 2005, the Beneteau Cyclades 39.3 was designed by the renowned naval architects Berret-Racoupeau, combining strong offshore capability with comfortable cruising performance. Mariella features the desirable fin keel with bulb configuration and a spade rudder, while a moulded skeg protects the propeller shaft and enhances directional stability.

Certified to CE Category A (8 persons) / B (9 persons) / C (10 persons) / D (10 persons), the Cyclades 39.3 is designed for confident offshore and coastal cruising.

The hull is constructed in single-skin GRP with balsa-cored sandwich laminate in selected areas and additional reinforcement at key structural load points. An integral bonded structural inner moulding provides exceptional rigidity by distributing loads from the keel, rudder and other high-stress areas throughout the hull, reducing localised stresses while increasing overall structural strength. The hull incorporates a vinylester resin barrier, providing excellent protection against water ingress and osmosis, while the inner moulding creates a durable, easy-to-maintain interior finish and maximises useful under-sole storage.

The deck is manufactured using balsa-cored GRP sandwich construction, delivering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio together with effective thermal and acoustic insulation. All major deck fittings, including winches, tracks, cleats and U-bolts, are reinforced to withstand high working loads.

Safety on deck is enhanced by Beneteau's moulded Diamond Point non-slip finish across all working areas, while the integral inner deck moulding contributes additional stiffness and provides a clean, high-quality interior finish throughout.
